Founded in 1996, Ao3 Independent Computer Search initiated life as a solution provider specialising in the small to medium size company space. We have evolved into our current form, managing customers Information Technology acquisitions through our on-line portal, supported by dedicated Help Desk support specialists, with overall management deployed by our Enterprise Infrastructure Services dept. We are an internationally recognised organisation based in Sydney, Australia with distributing warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Brisbane. We uniquely supply all products from any vendor and strive to offer the best service at the lowest price.
Our client listings constitute & account for a vast percentage of organisations within the Australian economy. Our website www.ao3.com.au has approx 100,000 products listed with full product information, stock availability, backorder ETA’s and competitive pricing updated in real-time.
When you first join the Ao3 community, you are assigned three staff members to look after you, a Credit Controller (Accounts Dept), Solution Analyst (Technical Help Desk) and a Project Manager (Sales Dept). They each will look after their respective areas should you have any issues on a day to day basis. They will make sure you are a happy & satisfied customer.
